The Text Field Cleanup - Batch scheduler job is the batchable variant of the standard Text Field Cleanup job, specifically engineered to process large volumes of data efficiently.

Configuration

The configuration process is identical to the one described in the standard Text Field Cleanup guide.

The only difference occurs during the Register the Scheduler Job Step: you must select Text Field Cleanup - Batch in the Job Type field.

ℹ️ Note on Data Volumes: The Text Field Cleanup - Batch job type is specifically optimized for bulk processing of large datasets (e.g., 10,000+ records). If you need to clean text fields for smaller datasets more frequently, it is highly recommended to use the standard Text Field Cleanup job type instead.
